Changing AT&T Static IP Reverse DNS (PTR) Records 2022 Edition

AT&T allows you to change the reverse Lookup (PTR) records if you pay for a static IP block, but for the life of me, I could not find any official location to make the request on their website. Moreover, a link was being circulated for a while on random threads that directs to a form allowing people to submit requests. However, all of the links I encountered were broken.

If anyone runs into a similar problem, send an email to prov-dns@att.com. This is an email actively checked by people at the time of this writing. Note that they will ask for your account number or DSL telephone number when making the request.

In total, the process took less than 6 hours to complete, excluding DNS propagation delays.
